At the Bežigrajski dvor Eye Centre, we are expanding our team and are looking for:

💙 A REGISTERED NURSE

or

💙 A REGISTERED NURSE

We are looking for a colleague (m/f) who is looking for a pleasant working environment, good relationships and the chance to work in a team where we value professionalism, friendliness, cooperation and a respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues.

What will your role involve?

The role is based in the EYE CLINIC AND OPTICIAN’S and primarily involves:

• working in a specialist eye clinic,
• preparing patients for examinations,
• assisting the doctor,
• scheduling appointments for patients,
• operating medical equipment,
• maintaining medical records
• ensuring the clinic and workspaces are kept tidy,
• selling contact lenses and other eye care products
• working alongside doctors and other team members.

What are we looking for?

Above all, we are looking for someone who:

• has completed secondary healthcare school or holds a diploma in nursing,
• is looking for a long-term role; is non-confrontational, adaptable and honest;
• has a friendly and professional attitude towards patients,
• good communication skills,
• is willing to work as part of a team,
• a desire for a stable working environment and positive working relationships.

Previous experience of working in an ophthalmology clinic is not required. We would also welcome someone with a desire to learn and a commitment to long-term collaboration.
