CALL CENTRE ASSOCIATE (m/f)

Job Description

The Doktor 24 group, made up of a motivated team in a modern diagnostic centre, is looking for an associate (m/f) to work in the call centre and support users of the Remote Assistance service.

We expect the candidate to:

• have completed education in a healthcare field,

• be above all communicative and empathetic,

• be precise enough to enter patient data into the system correctly,

• understand that patients are often frightened and worried,

• share the work successfully with colleagues, but also cope when working alone,

• have no problem with a multi-shift schedule.

The icing on the cake that would make you a candidate we want to meet as soon as possible:

• education in any healthcare field,

• work experience in a similar position,

• a willingness to occasionally use your sales skills as well,

• having already worked with the Hipokrat software.
