At the Triglav Med medical centre we are expanding our team.

Triglav Med, d.o.o. is part of the Triglav Group. It provides assistance services for individuals and companies, and its Triglav Medical Centre in Ljubljana runs concession-based and self-pay clinics for family medicine, paediatrics and gynaecology. The company’s mission is to care for the comprehensive health of its users in all stages of life.

WORK LOCATION: Ljubljana (Dunajska cesta 22)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– planning, coordinating and supervising the delivery of nursing care in cooperation with the professional units,

– organising and managing the work of healthcare staff and caring for their professional guidance and development,

– supervising the management, consumption and procurement of materials and work supplies in the clinics,

– participating in ensuring service quality, achieving goals and implementing strategic guidelines,

– preparing analyses, reports and improvement proposals in the field of work,

– cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance of operations with legislation and internal acts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– second-cycle higher education (level 7) in nursing care,

– 4 years of work experience,

– a valid licence,

– good knowledge of computer tools.
