Short summary
The Bled Diagnostic Centre is a private diagnostic centre with a history stretching back more than 30 years, and is looking to recruit a member of staff to join its team in Bled to clean the outpatient and office areas. The work is carried out in shifts, with occasional Saturdays worked (Sundays are off).
We are looking for a new colleague to cover a long-term absence, with the possibility of the position being extended.
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- responsibility for the assigned area of work,
- cleaning of premises, furniture and the surrounding area in accordance with the Programme for the Prevention and Control of Hospital-Acquired Infections (POBO),
- making beds,
- handling clean and soiled laundry and maintaining laundry records,
- managing stocks of disposable hygiene supplies and cleaning products,
- keeping records of the cleaning of premises,
- looking after flowers and the area around the building,
- keeping the authorised person and line manager informed of any necessary repairs and faults affecting the premises, equipment and appliances,
- forwarding orders for materials and equipment required for maintenance and cleaning to the line manager,
- providing practical training to new staff within the scope of the role,
- monitoring and proposing the implementation of new working methods,
- other tasks as instructed by the line manager within the scope of the role.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- proficiency in Slovenian and a basic knowledge of one foreign language,
- at least 1 year’s professional experience in the field,
- a sense of order and organisation,
- professional conduct of work,
- accuracy and reliability,
- independence and the ability to take the initiative,
- commitment to the company and a professional attitude towards patients, clients and staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: completed primary school education
JOB LOCATION: Bled

We will enter into a fixed-term employment contract to cover for an absent employee, with the possibility of extension. The role is full-time and involves shift work.
