Job Description

At Triglav Med we are looking for several new colleagues at the Health Point.

Triglav Med, d.o.o. is part of the Triglav Group. It provides assistance services for individuals and companies, and its Triglav Medical Centre in Ljubljana runs concession-based and self-pay clinics for family medicine, paediatrics and gynaecology.

WORK LOCATION: Ljubljana (Dunajska cesta 22), with the possibility of occasional work from home.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– informing, advising and assisting clients in exercising their rights to specialist outpatient treatment,

– triaging requests for the exercise of rights to specialist outpatient treatment,

– reviewing and processing received medical findings,

– organising remote consultations with a physician,

– deciding on eligibility for specialist outpatient treatment under a supplementary health insurance policy (communicating with the client, communicating with providers of self-pay health services and coordinating appointment times, issuing consent or refusal with justification),

– cooperating with censor physicians,

– preparing simpler professional medical opinions,

– participating in the development and testing of software support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– at least secondary education in a healthcare field,

– well-developed communication skills,

– initiative, independence and reliability.

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT:
