How to search for healthcare jobs on the portal

Information 17.08.2026

The portal does not carry thousands of ads — and that is the advantage. All of them come from healthcare and pharmacy, so you do not waste time filtering out other industries. Still, it helps to know how to reach the right ads in a few clicks.

Start broad, then narrow

A common mistake is typing the exact job title used by your current employer. Titles differ between institutions — the same work may be listed under several names.

So start with a location or field of work and only then narrow down with a keyword. All ads are on the Job list page.

The three filters that help most

  • Location. In healthcare, distance is often decisive — shifts do not adapt to your commute.
  • Field of work. Nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, dentistry and so on.
  • Keyword. Use the stem of a word rather than a full title.

Check the application deadline

Every ad shows an application deadline. If it has passed, the ad stays visible but applications are closed — so you know there is no point sending one.

Why an ad carries two dates and what they mean is explained in Application deadline and ad validity.

Look at the employer, not just the ad

Clicking the institution’s name opens its profile: an introduction, field of work, location on a map and all its active ads. That is often more useful than the ad itself — you learn where you are actually going.

Employers who hire regularly on the portal are gathered under featured employers.

How to apply

You do not need an account. The application goes straight to the employer — to the email address in the ad or through their link. The portal neither intercepts nor stores applications.

In practice this means your application arrives where it should, with no steps in between.

A few tips that work

  • Apply quickly. In healthcare, good positions fill within weeks.
  • Adapt your application to each institution. The same letter sent everywhere shows.
  • Ask if something is unclear. Healthcare employers are used to questions; a phone call before applying is nothing unusual.

Cannot find the right ad?

Ads are added continuously. If there is nothing right now, it is worth coming back in a week or two — or following the profile of an institution that interests you.
