When publishing a job ad, the first question is usually the same: which package is right for us? The answer depends on how many ads you will publish in the coming months and how hard your position is to fill.
Below is a simple guide. All packages and what they include are on the Packages page.
Start with three questions
- How many positions will you advertise in the next year? Not only now — also expected retirements, parental leave and expansion.
- How hard is this position to fill? A registered nurse in a larger town is a different matter from a medical specialist in a rural area.
- Do you need the ad now, or are you planning ahead? Packages add up and do not expire immediately, so buying ahead is not risky.
If you advertise one position a year
Take the smallest package. There is no point buying in bulk if you fill the position once and then have peace.
In this case what matters more than package size is that the ad is well written — with a single ad you cannot afford weak copy.
If you advertise regularly
If you publish five or more ads a year, a larger package pays off on the maths alone: the price per ad is lower. Larger packages also include extras that a single listing does not — for example the featured employer badge and promotion through our channels.
For public institutions, larger packages can be paid as a monthly instalment with a purchase order and UJP e-invoices, which is often easier than a single expense.
If you have a hard-to-fill position
Here package size is not the main question. If you need staff with a rare specialisation, publishing alone is often not enough — the ad has to reach people who are not currently looking for a job.
In that case consider Boost promotion, which spreads the ad through our community of healthcare workers. Boost does not publish an ad — it promotes one that is already published.
What packages include
Packages differ in the number of ads and in the extras. Those include:
- advice on the ad — we help with the copy and layout,
- views and clicks statistics,
- the Featured employer badge,
- a banner on the portal with the largest packages,
- Boost promotion with larger packages.

What happens after purchase
If you pay by card, the package is activated immediately. If you pay by bank transfer, we assign it once the payment arrives — and it matters that you use SI00 and your order number as the reference, otherwise we cannot match the payment to your order.
A package is not tied to a single ad: package validity is separate from how long an individual ad runs, and unused listings can be used later.
