Get to know the organisation before the interview<\/h2>\n<p>Before the interview, take some time to research the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Check:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which services it provides;<\/li>\n<li>its locations and departments;<\/li>\n<li>which patient groups it works with;<\/li>\n<li>its values and way of working;<\/li>\n<li>current projects or developments;<\/li>\n<li>the department or team you would like to join.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are applying to a pharmaceutical company, a medical technology company or another life sciences organisation, familiarise yourself with their main products, therapeutic areas or services as well.<\/p>\n<p>You do not need to know every detail.<\/p>\n<p>You should, however, be able to explain <strong>why you want to work for this particular organisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. learn perfect answers by heart.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, the employer wants to understand how you think, how you communicate and how you approach your work.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare well, arrive on time and answer clearly and honestly.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not know the answer to a professional question, it is usually better to say so openly and explain how you would find the correct solution in such a situation, than to improvise with a wrong answer.<\/p>\n<p>A successful interview does not mean answering every question &#8220;perfectly&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>What matters is showing that you have <strong>the
