It is not decoration and it cannot be bought on its own. This page explains what it means, who gets it and why it is useful for job seekers.<\/p>\n<h2>What the badge means<\/h2>\n<p>The badge shows that the employer is <strong>not a one-off visitor<\/strong> to the portal: they advertise with us regularly, or have taken one of the larger packages or additional promotion.<\/p>\n<p>It does not mean we have assessed working conditions, pay or team relations. We cannot do that and we do not claim to. It does mean this is an institution that invests in finding staff and is in regular contact with us.<\/p>\n<h2>Who gets it<\/h2>\n<p>The badge is assigned <strong>automatically<\/strong> when an employer has:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a valid <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/boost-promotion-of-job-ads\/\">Boost promotion<\/a>, or<\/li>\n<li>one of the larger packages for publishing ads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It can also be <strong>assigned manually by a portal administrator<\/strong> \u2014 for example to a long-standing partner. A manual badge takes precedence and does not disappear on its own.<\/p>\n<p>When the package or promotion expires, the automatic badge switches off. An employer does not earn it once and for all.<\/p>\n<h2>Why it is useful for job seekers<\/h2>\n<p>If you are choosing between several ads, the badge tells you that this employer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hires regularly and did not simply post one ad years ago,<\/li>\n<li>has a completed profile with details about the institution,<\/li>\n<li>is reachable \u2014 we follow their ads too.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All featured employers are gathered on the <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/featured-employers\/\">Featured employers<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<h2>Why it is useful for employers<\/h2>\n<p>The badge is visible in the job list, on the ad page and on the company profile. In practice it does two things: <strong>the ad stands out<\/strong> among others, and the profile is listed among featured employers, which brings extra views even when you have no active ad.<\/p>\n<h2>How to get it<\/h2>\n<p>There is nothing separate to order. You get it with a larger package or with Boost promotion \u2014 what exactly each package includes is on the <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/packages\/\">Packages<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>If you believe you should have the badge but do not, write to <a href=\"mailto:zaposlitve@zdravstvena.info\">zaposlitve@zdravstvena.info<\/a> and we will check.<\/p>\n<h2>What the badge does not replace<\/h2>\n<p>To be fair: the badge brings a candidate to the ad, not to the application.
