It is not a general portal with a healthcare section \u2014 everything on it is organised around one field. This page explains briefly how it works and where to find things.<\/p>\n<h2>Who the portal is for<\/h2>\n<p>The portal connects two sides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Employers<\/strong> \u2014 healthcare institutions, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, care homes and pharmaceutical companies looking for staff.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job seekers<\/strong> \u2014 nurses, doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job seekers do not register<\/h2>\n<p>This is one of the most common misunderstandings. <strong>You do not need an account.<\/strong> You browse ads without signing in and apply directly to the employer \u2014 at the email address given in the ad, or through the link the employer provides.<\/p>\n<p>Applications therefore <strong>do not go through the portal<\/strong>. Your CV stays between you and the employer; we neither see nor store it.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find open positions<\/h2>\n<p>All ads are on the <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/job-list\/\">Job list<\/a> page. You can narrow the search by keyword, location and field of work.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the job description, every ad shows an <strong>application deadline<\/strong> and the employer&#8217;s details. If the deadline has passed, the ad stays visible but is marked as expired, so you know there is no point applying.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find employers<\/h2>\n<p>Besides individual ads you can browse <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/featured-employers\/\">employer profiles<\/a>. Each one shows an introduction, field of work, location and all their active ads in one place.<\/p>\n<p>This is useful if you are interested in a particular institution and want to see when they post something new.<\/p>\n<h2>How an employer publishes an ad<\/h2>\n<p>Employers have an account, which we <strong>approve manually<\/strong> \u2014 this keeps fake listings off the portal. The path is short: register, get approved, buy a package, fill in the ad.<\/p>\n<p>Every step is covered in the <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/employer-guide\/\">Employer guide<\/a>, and packages are on the <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravstvena.info\/zaposlitev\/en\/packages\/\">Packages<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<h2>Why a specialised portal rather than a general one<\/h2>\n<p>On a general portal a healthcare ad gets lost among hundreds of others. Here the audience is already gathered around one field, which means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the large majority of visitors are healthcare workers,<\/li>\n<li>ads are described in terms the profession understands,<\/li>\n<li>employers do not pay to reach people with no interest in healthcare work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>News and advice<\/h2>\n<p>In the <strong>News<\/strong> section we publish articles about hiring in healthcare: what candidates expect, which professions are most in demand, how to write a good ad or CV. They are written for both sides \u2014 employers and job seekers.<\/p>\n<h2>Have a question?<\/h2>\n<p>There is an <strong>assistant<\/strong> in the bottom right corner of the portal that answers the most common questions about publishing, packages and applications.
